The Universal School of Yoga – founded by Nadia Carriere – combines the important traditional foundations of yoga such as the ancient texts, sutras, Sanskrit, and historical attributes, with modern anatomical knowledge, creativity, and how to navigate the world of social media and business. Created with the practitioner, and teacher in mind, this program is designed to provide you with a solid education that covers a broad range of categories to help you in your personal and professional practice, if that’s where you choose to take it.
Our school is designed to help you discover more about yourself, the deeper meaning of yoga and everything that came before the massive North American yoga phenomenon here in the West, while staying true to traditional roots, and learning from attributes from other lineages, and styles of teaching.
