Cindy Stewart is an experienced and registered yoga teacher and working towards completing a yoga therapy certification.  She has completed 200-hour training in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga, along with certifications in children’s yoga, prenatal yoga and numerology.

Cindy is the mother to five children, has shared yoga in nearly every school in her local area, owned and operated a successful yoga studio, and considers herself a lifelong learner.
