The Universal School of Yoga offers a non-dogmatic, universal approach to the education of yoga, with a strong foundation in tradition and modern alignment and anatomy. Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice, or gain knowledge and tools to become a confident and inspired yoga teacher, this course will provide you with a solid and structured education. Each semester is limited to a maximum of 15 students to keep the learning experience intimate and uncrowded.
You’ll be gaining experiential knowledge in mindful practices such as meditation, and pranayama techniques as well as breath-guided vinyasa. Chakra, kriya, bandha, and mantra practices, yogic philosophy, history, tradition, and modern takes on this practice will also be covered, as well as an introduction to Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science.
Our 200-hr trainings are held every month over the course of 5 months, in 3 full day weekend. This course will help you to feel confident and inspired to teach yoga as you will receive all necessary practical tools and knowledge for intelligent classes.
